LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

  • User requests via contact form
    The processing of data entered in the forms on the Site has as its legal basis the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the person concerned (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), in order to respond to requests received.

  • Required technical cookies
    The processing related to the use of technical and session cookies is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller to ensure the proper functioning of the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
    The use of third-party analytical cookies (Google Analytics) is based on the user's consent (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR), expressed via the cookie banner displayed when first accessing the Site. Failure to give consent does not affect the use of the Site.

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

1. Navigation data: the computer systems and software procedures that manage the operation of the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

They fall into this category:

  • IP addresses or domain names of devices used by users;

  • URI/URL addresses of the requested resources;

  • time of the request;

  • method used in submitting the request to the server;

  • size of the file obtained in response;

Data do not persist for more than seven days, unless criminal offences have been established by the judicial authorities.

For data processing carried out directly by social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) please refer to the relevant official privacy policies. Daniele Case Vacanza processes data communicated by users via comments, private messages or interactions with official profiles exclusively for:

  • respond to requests for information;

  • manage interactions with users;

  • monitor online reputation.


RECIPIENTS OF DATA

They are recipients of personal data:

  • suppliers of IT and technical services that support the operation of the Site and communications (hosting providers, e-mail providers, web analysis services such as Google Analytics), appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR;

  • co-workers of the Controller, duly authorised for processing.
