Our Story

Daniele Case Vacanza was established in 2022 from the passion and years of experience of Daniele Stringi, a professional in the short-term rental sector since 2012.

It all began in Ibiza, between 2012 and 2015, where Daniele managed weekly rentals in Playa d'en Bossa, discovering the potential of an ever-changing market. In 2016 came the first tourist property investment in Anzio, followed in 2022 by a second property in Torvaianca with results that exceeded all expectations.

From this experience in the field, Daniele Case Vacanza was born: not just a management of holidays, but a point of reference for those who want to turn their property into a successful business.

The Team

Daniele Stringi

Certified Property & Revenue Manager

With over 13 years of experience in the industry and more than 130 hours of certified training, Daniele specialises in property management, revenue management e optimisation of Booking and Airbnb algorithms.

It currently manages 13 facilities between Milan, Rome, Anzio, Torvaianca and Fuerteventura, and is Official Revenue Manager of the 4-star Hotel Luxury Country House La Locanda del Pontefice in Marino.

Simone Paoletti

Marketing & Digital Strategy

Specialist in digital marketing e visual communication for the hospitality sector. He works on professional photography, SEO copywriting for OTAs, website development and disintermediation strategies.
